Gentle Watercolor Painting
for Hand Clinics & Physical Therapy Programs
$300/session for up to 10 participants
A structured, in-person group art experience designed to encourage gentle hand use in a calm, non-clinical setting.
I offer 60–90 minute guided watercolor painting sessions created specifically for hand therapy clinics seeking a low-pressure, engaging group activity that complements existing rehabilitation programs.
These sessions give patients a pleasant, motivating reason to use their hands, without positioning the activity as therapy or treatment.
This is a recreational, educational art session facilitated by a professional watercolor instructor.
Participants are guided through simple watercolor exercises that involve:
Light grip and release
Controlled, intentional brush movement
Slow pacing with frequent rest
Minimal pressure and strain
The focus is on approachable hand use, confidence, and participation—not performance.
Designed for Hand Therapy Settings
This program is intentionally scoped to align with hand therapy environments:
Designed for groups of up to 10 participants
Suitable for mixed ability levels
No prior art experience required
Calm, clearly guided instruction
Adaptable pacing based on group needs
Clinics use these sessions as adjunct programming that supports engagement and morale while respecting clinical boundaries.
Add variety alongside traditional rehabilitation programming
Encourage patient participation through a creative, low-pressure activity
Offer a structured group experience without increasing staff workload
Support patient motivation during recovery
This program may be particularly well suited for:
