  • "Cassie's watercolor workshop has been a wonderful addition to our activity schedule at The Terraces of Los Gatos. The residents truly enjoy the class as Cassie guides them through each step, making it accessible for artists of all skill levels, even beginners. I highly recommend incorporating Cassie's watercolor class into your activity schedule. As activity professionals, we are often busy planning, facilitating, and executing events, which leaves little time for such classes. However, with Cassie's assistance, I have been able to manage it all seamlessly. Finding someone who could teach watercolor was a challenge, but discovering Cassie was an excellent decision. I encourage you to try a trial class like I did; she will not disappoint you."

  • "Each class is always full as our residents really enjoy the way Cassie explains, teaches and conducts the class. She is patient and checks on the residents to see how each of them is progressing. When residents have questions, she can answer them without hesitation and easily. Cassie is supportive and encourages each resident to continue with the project regardless of the skill level... the watercolor class has been one of the most successful classes we have and offer."

  • "As someone responsible for programming at Saratoga Retirement Community, I’m always looking for activities that are both enriching and easy to manage—and Cassie’s bi-weekly senior watercolor classes check every box. She brings a peaceful, encouraging energy that our residents truly connect with. The classes support creativity without pressure, which helps residents feel relaxed and successful. It’s clear these sessions positively impact overall resident happiness."

Let’s Work Together

Activity calendars often fill weeks in advance, especially around seasonal programming and holidays. Reserving your preferred date early helps ensure availability and gives your residents another reason to look forward to gathering together.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Cassie, a watercolor instructor based in the South Bay who specializes in creating relaxing, beginner-friendly painting experiences for older adults and community groups. My goal is to make every resident feel welcomed, encouraged, and successful—regardless of their artistic experience—while giving Activities Directors a professional, stress-free program that's easy to coordinate from start to finish.

I bring all supplies, handle every detail, and create a calm, engaging atmosphere where residents can connect, create, and leave with artwork they're proud of. I look forward to bringing a meaningful watercolor experience to your community.
